Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using nextprime.app or the NextPrime API. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
By creating an account, obtaining an API key, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
The prime number tools available on nextprime.app (Range Finder, Prime Check, Next Prime) are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. These tools run entirely in your browser — no data is sent to our servers.
API access is available on paid subscription plans as described on the pricing page. API features include prime number checking, range queries, and next prime lookup via HTTP requests to api.nextprime.app.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. Business plan subscribers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the digital service has already been used. If you have already used your API key, the right of withdrawal is waived.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All content, design, algorithms, and technology on nextprime.app are the exclusive property of Pi4, d.o.o. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The algorithm underlying the NextPrime service is patent pending.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Mathematical results are provided in good faith; we do not accept liability for errors in edge cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pi4, d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maribor, Slovenia, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under mandatory EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a notice on nextprime.app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
